JAI MAA TECH / YOUR PRIVACY

Your ideas deserve care.
So does your information.

JAI MAA TECH is an electronics startup working in circuit design, fabrication, prototypes and practical training. We value the trust you place in us. This privacy policy explains what information this website uses, why it is needed and the choices you have.

Privacy policy · Updated 15 October 2026

1. About this policy

This policy covers the JAI MAA TECH website at jaimaatech.in and its local test version. The website presents our electronics services, PRAGMATIC™ products and training opportunities. Our blog, external shop and social channels have their own service and privacy arrangements.

Current website status: public training registration is under construction. Only administrators can test registration, using sample details. All payment functions remain blocked until an owner-approved update.

2. Information we handle

  • Enquiries: the name, contact details and project information you choose to share. The website enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp draft for you to review and send; it does not save that draft to our website database.
  • Email updates: your email address, subscription choice, confirmation status and relevant timestamps. Subscriptions require email confirmation, and you can unsubscribe.
  • Administrator testing: sample applicant or coordinator details, course choices, institution, student roster, requested dates and test registration records. Please use fictional details during testing.
  • Website security: session identifiers, administrator activity and information needed to limit misuse. The hosting provider may also record technical access information such as IP address, requested page and browser details.

This version does not collect card numbers, CVV codes or UPI PINs, and it does not send payment requests to a payment provider.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss electronics projects and training, provide updates you requested, maintain the website and protect it against misuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not require unrelated personal details simply to discuss a circuit, prototype or training enquiry.

Please avoid sending identity documents, financial credentials or confidential circuit files through a general enquiry. Discuss any confidentiality requirements with us before sharing sensitive project material.

4. Necessary website cookies

Necessary cookies and browser storage support secure website functions, sign-in, the offline notice and your saved cookie approval. The Privacy policy acknowledgement is saved with that approval in your browser. Read the Cookie consent page to understand their purpose and manage your saved approval.

The public cookie banner asks for approval for these website functions only. Google advertising and optional tracking remain off in this version. Our service banners use local images, and website fonts are served locally. No Google Analytics tracker is installed.

5. Sharing and external services

Information may be handled by providers needed to host and secure the website or deliver requested services. If email delivery is configured, Resend processes the recipient address and email content; local test messages remain in the administrator’s test inbox. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to address misuse.

The Instagram footer displays a public post image and short caption served by this website. It does not load an Instagram tracking script or require visitors to sign in to Instagram. When the owner connects the account, the website server checks for updated public posts; account credentials stay on the server. Clicking the post or profile opens Instagram. WhatsApp, the JAI MAA TECH blog, the Pragmatic shop and linked social platforms operate under their own policies. Opening an external link takes you to that service. Providers may process information outside your country.

6. Security and retention

We use administrator access controls, protected sessions and request validation. Administrators can enable two-step verification with an authenticator app. Its setup secret is encrypted on the server, and recovery codes are stored as hashes; setup keys and recovery codes must be kept private. Private records are kept outside public website files; the live website is configured for HTTPS. No website can promise absolute security.

Sign-in cookies expire after eight hours, and email confirmation links stop working after 15 minutes. A subscription record is maintained to manage updates and unsubscribe choices. Test records, consent records and activity logs may remain until reviewed or cleared during maintenance or in response to an appropriate deletion request; this test release has no automatic database-deletion schedule. We retain information only for the purpose for which it is needed, security or applicable obligations. Contact us for a retention enquiry.

7. Students and children

Our educational work may involve school students, but this website currently does not accept public student registrations. An adult, parent or authorised school representative should handle training enquiries. Administrators must use sample student details during testing. If you believe a child’s personal information has been shared inappropriately, contact us so we can review and address it.

8. Your choices and requests

You can review or clear your saved cookie approval through Cookie consent, unsubscribe from email updates, and ask us about access, correction or deletion of your information. Depending on applicable law, other rights may be available. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing records.

We will update this page when our services or information practices change and show the revised date. Cookie approval covers necessary website functions only.
